New light on circular vibrating screen
Circular vibrating screen is a kind of new screening equipment, the vibrating track is a circle, and it is designed for especially screening stone stock of quarry, and also for classifying products of such departments as coal separator, mineral processing, building materials, electricity and chemical industry, etc. The output and energy consumption of our circular vibrating screen reach the national standard. It is advanced at home and abroad, and is well accepted by customers. The screening line of materials is long, the screening specifications are diverse and different from each other obviously, the screening efficiency is high, and it is hardly jammed. The screen has the advantages of reasonable structure, strong magnetic exciting capacity, low vibrating noise, durable, convenient maintenance, and safety and so on. Working Features of vibrating screen:
1.Circular Vibrating Screen uses eccentric block to produce strong exciting force.
2.Crossbeam and the main body of the screen are connected with high strength screw bolts. So they have the features of simple structure and easy maintenance.

Application of vibrating screen:
Circular vibrating screen is applicable for classifying stone stock in the production line of sandstone; Circular vibrating screen is widely used for classifying products in such industries as mine, building materials, transportation, energy resource, chemical industries, etc. It is the ideal equipment in the crushing and screening equipment group.
Working Principle vibrating screen：
Circular vibrating screen is single-axis circular-movement inertial vibrating screen, the working of circular vibrating screen depends on inertial motor and inertial strength produced by eccentric plate, because of the vibration of screen box, the materials are threw out, so that materials of certain size go through the screen mesh, and the screening aim is realized. Since the magnetic exciter is installed on the gravity center of screen box, the two long elliptical axis form a shape like a Chinese character, and the upper of long elliptical axis in inlet end is in the same direction with the outlet, which favors the spread of materials which is in the screen box. However, the upper of long elliptical axis in outlet end is opposite to the direction of the outlet, which can reduce the movement speed of materials, and help the difficult-screened materials go through the screen mesh. What’s more, the effective area of screen is increased because of the elliptical screen surface; as a result, the processing capacity is promoted.
